It's feel ages for not updating the blog as I'm busy with assignments and exams lately.  Before the story start, I would like to wish all of you Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. 

What comes after Christmas? Boxing Day of course !!! This is the day “把钱花光，为国珍光”. I managed to snap some photos during my RAMPAGE shopping this morning.  How morning is my morning ? Well I should say that by the time, 10.00am, I got to the city the crowd is like small little ant already. Some stores even have people queuing before it opens.

Yo I'm back in updating my blog. There are too many assignments lately and just finished submitting one of them yesterday. So decided to go for some "walk walk" and the destination "AS TOPIC". Reason to choose Scottish Parliament is because of its "Super Legend" in construction industry as it is one of the example project we often use in describing "Over budget and major delay". To give you some idea about it here we go, opened on 7 September 2004 (3 years delay from proposed date) and estimated final cost of £431 million (proposed cost is £40 million).
